JR NINJA PROGRAM (ages 3-5)– Strength. Agility. Fun.

Jr. Ninja is a progressive program for ages 3-5 that allows kids to learn at their own pace! We incorporate fun, fitness and gymnastics while using obstacle courses that combine martial arts, climbing, jumping, swinging & rolling! Truly a comprehensive strength building, coordination & agility curriculum! Our Jr. Ninja program also teaches important life lessons that cross over to all sports, leading to self-confident young athletes!

NINJA PROGRAMS (ages 5 and up)– Strength. Agility. Fun. This co-ed comprehensive program draws from multiple disciplines, including gymnastics, Parkour/free-running, martial arts, and more! This fast-paced class features obstacles inspired by the television show, including the “Quad Steps”, “Grip Gauntlet”, and the ever-popular “Warped Wall”.

TUMBLING & TRAMPOLINE (ages 7 and up) – This co-ed program concentrates on the development of basic tumbling and trampoline skills. Students with previous tumbling or trampoline experience will be challenged at their own level. A great class to compliment martial arts, cheerleading or backyard trampolinists!
