The Gymnastics Party

You rule the roost as we prepare to celebrate with you! During our Gymnastics Party, you and your group will have the entire facility to yourselves. Join us for 1 hour of fun and games in the gym, followed by 45 minutes exclusive use of our party room. Guests are welcome and encouraged to bring eats, treats and beverages for their event!

This 1 hour and 45 minute party includes:

  • Exclusive access to the gym
  • Party coordinator(s) to lead gym activities and assist in party room.
  • Upstairs party room arranged for your group
  • Plastic table covers
  • A latex balloon bouquet on the cake/gift table
  • An official Lakes Area Gymnastics reusable cup for each child stuffed with goodies!

Reservation information: A non-refundable $50 deposit is due with your reservation and will be deducted from the total balance due. Deposit is refundable up to 1 week before party for cancellation for ANY reason. Cost is based on the total number of children participating at the party.

12 kids or less= $200; 13-18 kids= $250; 19-24 kids= $300

Age Considerations

Party activities will be based the average age of your attendees as confirmed prior to your event, unless otherwise requested.

Children ages 3 years and under should have an adult present to assist on the floor, as needed.
Children 2 and under MUST have an adult helper on the floor during gym time.

Party Balance

Once your party count is confirmed, your balance is due. The balance must be paid in advance during office hours. Our office and pro shop are not open during parties.

Booking Reminders

Please remember that we will book your event for the number of children you plan to INVITE. Your final count will be requested no later than the Wednesday prior to your event weekend. You may then adjust your count down, as needed, prior to paying your balance due. Additional invitations can be requested from our office staff, but again please do not invite above the range for which you have booked. We may not be able to accommodate additional guests on short notice as our staffing is based on your attendee count reserved! If you need to ADD to the # of children attending, we require 7-10 days advanced notice.

Arrival Time

We often have other events, open gyms or classes prior to or immediately following parties. Please be aware of your event time! Party hosts and guests should arrive NO MORE than 10 minutes prior to your event time and the party room must be vacated at your event end time. This allows us to provide the best party care for all events and reset for each new group in a timely fashion. Please give your guests accurate party times on your invitations (for example, do not list 2:00, if your event starts at 2:15). We also suggest reminding parents of the event end time as they drop their children off to assist with prompt pick-up. Thank you!
